Erika grew up at the knee of her Italian grandmother,- a woman who owned her own successful catering company for thirty years, – learning that great food is made with love and from scratch.

It was in this spirit that Rowan Oak began.

After obtaining a culinary school degree and acquiring experience in kitchens both local and abroad, Erika established a catering company based on the tenets of simple, beautiful, fresh and full-flavored food that is designed specifically for each event and is made completely from scratch whenever possible.
